edited to add.... I have used normal lasers and they do work but they add more in bulk and general nuisance than they add in functionality.

I've added lasers to my guns a few time and gave up. Normal holsters don't fit anymore. For that reason I don't have a set for my personal weapon but I've practiced so much that it goes where I point it. At least well enough for home defense.

To me it's integral in the weapon or useless. Spend the money on practice ammo instead.

There are so many flavors of CZ-75's out there, I wouldn't doubt it, but not that I am aware of on a stock model.
