i'd guess green mold is the safest because that's what you get on bread and stuff.

i've never seen white or black mould, but i'm 99% sure that what i said about black mold is true.

i'd assume it goes green, white, black. (least toxic to most toxic)

i also think there's three classes of mold. class a, b and c. but you should look up more about that

i don't know how it related so your project. you could say that food breaks down and leaves our body in less than three weeks otherwise we'd all be mold but that's probably wrong
